RevenueSA Online will be unavailable for certain functions from 5:00pm Thursday 30 June 2022 to 8:00am Monday 4 July 2022.

RevenueSA Online will be unavailable for certain functions from 5:00pm Thursday 30 June 2022 to 8:00am Monday 4 July 2022, as we will be undertaking our annual housekeeping and deploying 2022-23 financial year information to RevenueSA Online.

Every effort has been made to minimise the impact to users of RevenueSA's online services. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Advance notice is given of the following disruptions to RevenueSA’s online services:

Certificates

RevenueSA Online will not be available for certificate users from 5:00pm Thursday 30 June 2022 to 8:00am Monday 4 July 2022 inclusive. Certificate requests, updates and associated payments cannot be made during this period.

If settlement is scheduled during the outage period, certificates for the 2022-23 financial year will not be available until after 8:00am on the 4 July 2022. It is recommended that additional settlement monies are held pending the issue of the final certificate.

Payroll Tax

RevenueSA Online will not be available for payroll tax users from 5:00pm Thursday 30 June 2022 to 8:00am Monday 4 July 2022 inclusive.

During this period, you will not be able to access RevenueSA Online to:

  • view or submit returns;
  • make payments by Electronic Payment Authority (EPA) or generate payment references; or
  • update client details.

The due date for lodgement of the 2021-22 payroll tax annual reconciliation is 28 July 2022.

Stamp duty and other RevenueSA Online functionality

Other than possible minor outages after hours, there will be no disruption to RevenueSA Online for stamp duty or other RevenueSA Online taxlines. However, for stamp duty users, please be aware that the certificate function will not be available from 5:00pm Thursday 30 June 2022 to 8:00am Monday 4 July 2022 for maintenance purposes.
