Change of ownership
Only required if:
- change in ownership occurs before 30 June but is not registered with Land Services SA until after 30 June.
- transfer or sale that does not need to be registered with Land Services SA, or does not result in a change to the legal ownership of the land.
Property agents and managing agents
- Register as a Managing Agent to receive emergency services levy and land tax notices for a property.
If you manage multiple properties, please complete a Managing Agent Schedule and upload with your register as a managing agent form.
