A recent RevenueSA Online upgrade has provided increased industry standard security capabilities, which improves security of your taxpayer data including the way user passwords are managed by RevenueSA Online.

A staggered approach is being undertaken to transition RevenueSA Online users to the new password management capabilities.

In the coming days, selected user groups will be prompted to update their password when they log in to RevenueSA Online. These groups are stamp duty conveyance, certificate and the remainder of payroll tax users.

The configuration of the password requirements will remain the same:

• must be a minimum of 10 characters
• can have a mixture of upper, lower case letters, numbers and symbols
• is case sensitive

You will not be able to re-use your current password.
