If RevenueSA requires additional information to make an assessment of stamp duty, a requisition will be issued outlining the information required. The request provides a link to RevenueSA Online where you can upload the information requested.

Functionality has been released in RevenueSA Online to provide you with reminders of outstanding requisitions, so you will now also receive a reminder requisition email after 21 days after the initial requisition, and a final reminder requisition email 42 days after the initial requisition. If a requisition is not answered within 74 days of the initial requisition, the document may be cancelled.

If you have a requisition outstanding, that was originally issued on or after 1 March 2025, you will also receive a reminder email. Please access RevenueSA Online via the link provided in the email and upload the information requested. If the transaction is no longer progressing, you can advise RevenueSA via the requisition link.
