Information about the 2025-26 annual reconciliation
The 2025-26 payroll tax annual reconciliation will open on Monday 15 June 2026 and will remain open for lodgements until Tuesday 28 July 2026.
There is no need to lodge a monthly return for June 2026, as this information will be included in your annual reconciliation.
More information about the annual reconciliation will be emailed directly to all registered payroll tax clients.

This year, a pre-recorded webinar will be available from 15 June 2026 when the annual reconciliation opens. This webinar will provide information to assist you in completing your annual reconciliation in RevenueSA Online.
The webinar is available on demand, so you can watch at a time that suits you. You can submit questions while you watch the recording. RevenueSA will respond back to you within 3 business days using the email address you used to register for the webinar.
