The Help to Buy Scheme, being managed by Housing Australia , is a new initiative designed to support more Australians to buy a home.

Eligible home buyers will be able to apply through participating lenders.

Participation in the Help to Buy Scheme does not exclude eligible applicants from applying for the First Home Owner Grant or Stamp Duty Relief for Eligible First Home Buyers in South Australia.
