The 2026-27 land tax and emergency services levy certificate fees are now available

Property settlement certificates are commonly used during property transactions to show the amount of emergency services levy or land tax payable (if any) at settlement. They can also include any outstanding liabilities from previous years or payments made during the current financial year.

They can be obtained via a Property Interest Report (PIR) from SAILIS or through RevenueSA Online (for registered certificate users).

The fees to purchase these certificates are set annually for:

  • Certificate of Emergency Services Levy Payable
  • Certificate of Land Tax Payable

The 2026-27 emergency services levy and land tax certificate fees were published in the South Australian Government Gazette on 14 May 2026 and will come into effect from 1 July 2026.

They are:

  • Emergency services levy $20.10
  • Land tax $42.75
