RevenueSA Online

RevenueSA Online is an Internet based system that allows an easy, flexible and more efficient way for you to do business with RevenueSA.

RevenueSA Online provides you with the ability to perform the following functions in the comfort of your own office in relation to stamp duty, payroll tax, certificates, job accelerator grant and Commonwealth reporting.

Stamp Duty (Conveyance)

RevenueSA Online allows registered users to calculate and pay stamp duty on a number of self-determined documents, and lodge documents for assessment by the Commissioner of State Taxation. Other functions are also available.

Stamp Duty (Insurance)

RevenueSA Online allows registered users to submit and pay stamp duty insurance returns (General and Section 38)

Payroll Tax

RevenueSA Online allows registered users to lodge, pay and modify monthly and annual returns.

RevenueSA Online allows registered users to request, view, print, update and pay South Australian Emergency Services Levy and Land Tax Agent Certificates.

How do I access?

You can access the system at www.revenuesaonline.sa.gov.au

Are there any fees associated with using RevenueSA Online?

Use of RevenueSA does not incur any new or additional fees.

However, all agents/taxpayers using RevenueSA Online must have suitable hardware and software as well as access to the Internet. This may for example, require connection and usage fees being paid to an Internet Service Provider, which is the responsibility of the agent/taxpayer.

A terminal is available in Lands Titles Office, 101 Grenfell St Adelaide, for agents/taxpayers who do not have their own Internet access or suitable hardware/software to use RevenueSA Online.

Is RevenueSA Online available at all times?

Whilst RevenueSA makes every endeavour to ensure RevenueSA Online is available as often as possible, there are times when planned and unplanned outages can occur.

If maintenance needs to be performed to RevenueSA Online, RevenueSA will advise users of the outage as early as possible by posting a message through RevenueSA Online and posting on the System Maintenance and Outages page.

RevenueSA understands that the timing of these outages are sometimes inconvenient and will make every effort to ensure that these outages are kept to a minimum.

Unplanned outages - whilst RevenueSA takes every precaution to ensure the availability of RevenueSA Online, unforeseen outages can occur with no notice.

What happens if RevenueSA Online is not working?

If RevenueSA Online is not functioning, please check our System Maintenance and Outages page first for details. If no details are published please contact our RevSupport team.

If you require to self-determine stamp duty and stamp a document while RevenueSA Online is not available, our RevSupport team can provided you with a transaction number. The document must be entered into RevenueSA Online, with the transaction number, once the system becomes available.

What happens if I can’t access RevenueSA Online?

If you are unable to access RevenueSA Online please contact our RevSupport team at revsupport@sa.gov.au or (08) 8207 2333.
