Contiguous Land and Single Farming Enterprises
In accordance with Section 5 of the Emergency Services Funding Act 1998, a reduction in the number of fixed charges (currently $50 per assessment) payable as part of the Emergency Services Levy, may be applied to land that is considered as Contiguous Land or part of a Single Farming Enterprise.

To apply for a reduction of your Emergency Services Levy on these grounds, you need to complete an "Emergency Services Levy Contiguous Land/Single Farming Enterprise Application".
