Stamp duties (land rich entities) amendment act 2006
The Stamp Duties (Land Rich Entities) Amendment Act 2006 (“the Amending Act”) was assented to, today, 23 November 2006.
The Amending Act makes a number of amendments to Part 4 of the Stamp Duties Act 1923 to give effect to certain 2006/07 State Budget measures and applies to transactions entered into on or after 22 September 2006.
